Orthopedic sports massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat muscular conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense/tight muscles, release knots, while helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. My goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being. The pressure is medium to deep.
I offer Swedish massage which is slow paced light pressure for complete relaxation. 60/90/100/120 minutes.
I also do group massage for couples/ bachelorette parties/ girls weekend/work retreats/ birthday parties as well as pre/post golf tournament massage.
