About Me

My name is Jennifer Cerulli.  I have recently relocated from the Fort Myers area to the Emerald Coast/Destin area.  I am located at Destin Health & Fitness Center starting July 7th!  I am a board-certified licensed massage therapist; certified personal trainer and I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois. My story is not like many of the people I have helped over the past 25+ years. Early in my life, I found myself overweight, out of shape, stressed out, depressed and frustrated with the unhealthy lifestyle I was living.  It was at this time that I decided to make a change.  With the help of some terrific health, fitness and lifestyle professionals, I dedicated myself to changing my life.
